Cold heading is the production process of self-tapping screws and self-drilling screws heads. According to different screws, we would use one die machine or Multiple Blow machine.

5. Drill Point Process
Different drill point would be made in this process, #1 #2 #3 #5 drill point for self drilling screws. If you need self tapping point, it will be make in the thread process.

6. Threading
Different thread rolling molds would be required according to different screw threads.

7. Heat Treatment
According to different screw materials, different diameters, different lengths, different application scene requirements, and specific needs of customers, we will use different heat treatment processes and strictly control the temperature and time to ensure that the screws meet the predetermined strength requirements.

8. Surface Treatment
According to the different requirement of customers, we could provide Zinc Plated, Yellow Zinc Plated, Hot Dip Galvanized, Chrome Plated, Nickel Plated, Dacromet, Colorful Ruspert, REXIUBAO, LUXIUBAO, Electrophoretic, Electrocoating, E-coating CR-10 etc., also 5-30 cycles of Keternich acid rain coating could be make if required.
