As the dust settles on another successful Sydney Build Expo, the Tsingri (TSR) team is reflecting on two incredible days at the ICC Sydney. We had the privilege of joining over 25,000 industry professionals at Australia’s leading construction, architecture, and infrastructure show.
For Tsingri, Sydney Build 2026 was more than just an exhibition; it was a powerful affirmation of our position as a trusted partner in the Australian construction fastener market.
Located at Booth C16 in Hall 4, our team welcomed a steady stream of architects, civil engineers, and tier-1 contractors. The energy was palpable as we showcased our latest lineup of high-performance self-drilling screws specifically engineered for roofing and cladding.
One of the biggest draws was our live technical demonstration. We didn't just show screws; we walked visitors through technical drawings and performance data. We addressed critical questions regarding pull-out strength, shear capacity, and long-term durability in harsh environments. Seeing the precision of our cold-forming and heat-treatment processes firsthand gave many visitors the confidence they were looking for in a direct-from-factory supplier.
The Australian construction landscape is unique, characterized by demanding environmental conditions and stringent regulatory frameworks. A core theme of our discussions at Sydney Build was AS Standard (AS 3566) compliance.
Our products are specifically designed to meet and exceed these local requirements:
AS 3566 Class 3 & 4: Our Ruspert-coated carbon steel screws provide the essential corrosion resistance required for coastal and industrial roofing projects.
Bi-Metal Solutions: Our SS304/316 + SCM435 bi-metal self-drilling screws were a major highlight, offering the ultimate combination of stainless steel corrosion protection and structural drilling speed.
Sustainable Building: In line with the show’s focus on green construction, we highlighted how our high-consistency fasteners contribute to the longevity and structural integrity of sustainable insulation and energy-efficient cladding systems.
Sydney Build 2026 served as a vital platform for both "reunion" and "discovery." We were delighted to catch up with our long-term Australian partners, discussing upcoming large-scale projects in New South Wales and Victoria. These face-to-face meetings reinforced the bonds built over years of successful supply.
Equally exciting were the new connections made. We hosted representatives from several major building groups and distributors from Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. The preliminary cooperation intentions reached during the show indicate a growing appetite for high-quality, factory-direct fastening solutions that prioritize reliability over short-term cost-cutting.
We are returning to our manufacturing facilities with a wealth of insights. The feedback gathered at Sydney Build 2026 is already being integrated into our R&D pipeline. We are committed to evolving our product specs to stay ahead of Australia’s evolving infrastructure needs.
At Tsingri, we believe we are more than just a fastener manufacturer; we are "Fixing Experts." Our goal is to bridge the gap between world-class engineering and local construction excellence.
If you missed us at the ICC, or if you’re looking to discuss your next project’s fastening requirements, we’re ready to help.
