Test in a controlled single environment (such as salt spray test, humidity or UV light separately). It is difficult to simulate the combined effect of multiple corrosion factors in natural environments. Ignore Electrochemical corrosion, which is one of the main causes of roof corrosion when different metals such as purlins, steel plates, brackets and screws in actual buildings.	Screws are simultaneously exposed to multiple corrosive factors like acid rain, salt spray, moisture, ultraviolet rays, and temperature changes. Limitations of Salt Spray Testing

• The salt spray test data reflects the anti-corrosion performance in the test machine, not the actual use performance

• It cannot be used as the only guideline for the quality of screw coatings, as it cannot simulate the comprehensive corrosive environment in steel buildings
